Purpose of the Contract:
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the chauffeur services provided by VIP International Transfers to its clients.
How to place an order :
Any reservation for chauffeur services is subject to acceptance by VIP International Transfers. The company reserves the right to refuse any reservation.
Pricing and payment methods :
The rates for chauffeur services are stated in euros and may be subject to change without notice. Payment must be made according to the terms agreed upon by the parties.
Pick-up location and meeting address :
The driver will meet the customer at the specified address. Any last-minute changes to the pick-up or meeting address may incur additional fees.
Service warranty :
Chauffeur services are provided in accordance with the terms specified in the service contract.
Limitation of liability :
While all drivers are insured, VIP International Transfers cannot be held liable for the misconduct of a driver. However, in the event of any misconduct, the company will take every appropriate action to address the situation and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Applicable law and dispute resolution :
Any dispute arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [location of the company’s headquarters].
Cancellation and refund policy :
Any reservation cancellation made within the last 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will not be eligible for any refunds.
Airport pick-up procedures :
For airport transfers, the maximum wait time after landing time is one hour before additional hourly charges apply. For departures, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes before additional charges apply.
Vehicle condition standards :
The vehicles provided for the chauffeur service will always be maintained in excellent condition, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey for our customers.
Driver qualifications and certifications :
Our drivers are highly trained professionals with extensive experience in chauffeur services. They undergo thorough background checks and are fully licensed and insured.
Additional services available :
Additional services such as multi-stop trips, meet and greet services, transportation of pets, airport fast track services, or other unforeseen demands may be accommodated at the discretion of VIP International Transfers and may incur additional charges.
Insurance coverage details :

Force majeure clause :
